Mercy Hospital South is launching an RN Residency Program for new graduates and experienced nurses. The program includes hands-on training, one-on-one preceptor mentoring, classroom learning, and support from nurse educators and leadership at Mercy South in St. Louis, MO.

Schedule options include Full-Time 36 hrs/week and Part-Time 24 hrs/week, with day and night shifts. Onsite opportunities feature sign-on bonuses up to $5,000 for new grads and up to $10,000 for experienced nurses, plus a

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with one of the following: ADN, Nursing Diploma, or BSN.
• Active RN license in state of Missouri or compact state licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 8–16 week RN Residency Program with hands-on training.
• Receive one-on-one preceptor mentoring and classroom learning.
• Benefit from nurse educators and leadership support during transition to practice.
• Care for Medical‑Surgical patients across multiple units as part of residency exposure.
