Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in Missouri is recruiting for a New Grad RN Residency. The program offers 8–16 weeks of hands-on training with a dedicated preceptor, nurse educators, and leadership support to help new graduates transition confidently into practice.

Shifts include 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with full-time (36 hrs/week) or part-time (24 hrs/week) options, onsite at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. Sign-on bonuses are available for new grads and experienced nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ADN, Nursing Diploma, or BSN.
• Active RN license in Missouri or compact state licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on clinical training in RN Residency program.
• One-on-one preceptor mentoring.
• Classroom learning and skill development.
