Job summary

Logan Health is seeking new graduate RNs for its Nursing Residency Program in Montana. The program is accredited and designed to transition new grads into clinical practice with mentorship and structured learning.

Inpatient RN wages start at $41.78/hour with higher rates for experience, plus enhanced total rewards including tuition reimbursement, differentials, call pay, and more. Applicants should have Montana RN licensure or multi-state license and be within one year of graduation.

Qualifications

• Must hold Montana RN license or compact license.
• BSN preferred and 250 clinical hours completed.
• BLS within 7 days of hire; ACLS/PALS may be required.
• Graduate within one year of Nurse Residency start date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to professionalism and patient service.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments on admission and as directed.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policy.
• Document care accurately and communicate changes promptly.
• Coordinate with providers and team for safe patient care.
