Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license or Graduate Nurse in the state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per department standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to support the patient experience.
• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts; document care in the medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
