Job summary

Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is seeking new grads for a Pediatric/PICU pathway program. This role supports progression to a high-acuity specialty with orientation in Pediatrics and PICU and a year-long development plan.

The position is part-time 0.75 FTE with 12-hour day/night shifts, every third weekend/holiday. Wisconsin RN licensure and BLS are required; PALS within 6 months after transfer.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Wisconsin RN licensure required upon hire.
• BLS for Health Care Providers current.
• PALS within 6 months of transfer to Peds/PICU.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a year-long department orientation in Pediatrics and PICU.
• Develop nursing skills in a high-acuity environment.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and care teams to support patient care.
