Emplify Health by Gundersen invites Fall/Winter 2026 RN graduates to join an Emergency Services orientation program in western Wisconsin. You’ll begin with MedSurg foundations and rotate toward high-acuity Emergency Services, with immersion shifts every 6 weeks to build skills and rapport with the team.

The program emphasizes professional development, mentorship from Nursing leaders, and a pathway to a career in Emergency Services within a Level II Trauma Center.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in nursing to start.
• RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin on start date.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.
• Ability to care for patients of all ages with compassion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Orientation across MedSurg departments with immersion in Emergency Services every 6 weeks.
• Gain experience across a variety of patient populations and policies.
• Support professional development with ongoing mentorship from nursing leaders.
