Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated RN for a full-time 12-hour night shift in our Surgical-Medical Pediatric Critical Care Unit. The unit is a 44-bed multispecialty ICU offering care for postoperative and complex medical patients, including neuro-surgical, transplant, trauma, and oncology cases.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in pediatric critical care nursing; new graduates with relevant patient care hospital experience may be considered. Long-term night commitment is essential.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of critical care RN experience, pediatric preferred.
• Must be comfortable committing long term to night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated pediatric patient care within a care management framework.
• Perform nursing duties per professional standards and hospital policies.
