St Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Registered Nurse New Grad to provide continuous, quality care. You will assess patients, maintain safety, and assist physicians in procedure rooms during awake/sedation contexts. Focus on discharge planning and family education with a caring, professional team.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and strong communication and organizational skills to support a busy ambulatory setting.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and active RN license in the state.
• BLS and ACLS are required; PALS may be required by the center.
• Ability to make decisions using nursing judgment and prioritize workload.

Responsabilidades

• Provide continuous and quality nursing care with ongoing patient assessment.
• Support physicians in procedure rooms and manage sedation as needed.
• Deliver comprehensive patient care from anesthesia emergence to discharge planning.
