• Collect patient data and complete required forms per unit standards.
• Develop a plan of care and involve patient/family in decisions.
• Provide treatments and discharge teaching per standards.
• Document patient care and any variations with rationale.
• Operate under direct supervision of a licensed RN and participate in QI processes.
• Graduate Nurse completes all clinical skills under supervision.
