Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital invites applications for a New Grad RN Resident in the Ortho Trauma Unit. This role focuses on hands-on, evidence-based care for post-surgical orthopedic patients within a collaborative environment.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, participate in ongoing education, and support patients and families throughout recovery during the night shift. The program emphasizes certification and licensure maintenance in a top-tier health system.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
• BSN preferred
• Current state RN licensure required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a given patient population.
• Complete ongoing assessments and recognize changes in patient condition.
• Develop and update goals, involving patients and families in care.
• Serve as a patient advocate.
• Administer treatments and medications, and document care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary evaluation of patient/family outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement processes.
