Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment upon date of hire.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Care: manage all phases from assessment to evaluation.
• Guide and Delegate: assign tasks based on licensure and role.
• Contribute to the hospital mission and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Participate in Nurse Residency and ongoing professional development.
