Essentia Health - Detroit Lakes St. Mary's Medical Center is hiring New Graduate Registered Nurses. The Nurse Residency Program provides mentorship, training, and development as you begin your RN career.

New grads must be enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited nursing program and eligible for licensure. The position offers 0.8 FTE with day/evening/night shifts, along with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited nursing program or a recent graduate.
• Beginning first RN position within one year of graduation.
• Current nursing licensure in state of employment upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Lead patient care by managing all phases of the patient care process.
• Guide and delegate care responsibilities to licensed nursing staff.
• Contribute to the facility's mission and ensure compliance with standards.
