Memorial Health’s Springfield Memorial Hospital is hiring a New Graduate RN for a structured Nurse Residency Program on-site in Illinois. You’ll start your nursing career with hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned nurses, physicians and interprofessional teams.

The program emphasizes confidence building, critical thinking and leadership, with monthly residency sessions and opportunities to contribute to quality improvement and patient safety while you develop your clinical skills.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
Active or pending RN license in Illinois.
BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care.
Develop critical thinking and clinical judgment through structured training and mentorship.
Work with experienced nurses, physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
