Memorial Health’s Springfield Memorial Hospital is hiring a New Graduate RN for a structured Nurse Residency Program on-site in Illinois. You’ll start your nursing career with hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned nurses, physicians and interprofessional teams.

The program emphasizes confidence building, critical thinking and leadership, with monthly residency sessions and opportunities to contribute to quality improvement and patient safety while you develop your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active or pending RN license in Illinois.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care.
• Develop critical thinking and clinical judgment through structured training and mentorship.

As a New Graduate RN at Springfield Memorial Hospital, you’ll receive the support you need to transition from student to professional nurse. Through a structured, nationally recognized Nurse Residency Program, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a collaborative environment, surrounded by experienced nurses, preceptors and mentors dedicated to your success.

Education, Licensures & Certifications

Pay Transparency $30.23 - $48.37

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
