Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Morgantown, WV is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our post-ICU care team. The role includes a 10-13 week orientation with a dedicated preceptor and a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Shifts run 6:00–6:30, with days or nights available, and compensation is $37.16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physician and preceptor to implement assessment plans and care plans.
• Perform ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs.
• Develop nursing care plans with goals and discharge planning.
• Participate with interdisciplinary team on rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure medical records are complete, accurate and timely.
