Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an ADN or BSN.
• Current RN license or eligibility to obtain one in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or Heartsaver CPR AED with renewal.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a formal orientation program with hands-on training and simulation.
• Deliver patient care under supervision of experienced nurses and follow protocols.
• Engage in simulation training to refine clinical and decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans.
