Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN license or eligibility to obtain license in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or Heartsaver CPR, with renewal as required.
• NCLEX must be passed within 6 months of hire.
• Strong communication and collaboration within healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal orientation and hands-on training with simulations.
• Deliver patient care under supervision while following protocols.
• Engage in simulation training to strengthen clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to create care plans.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
