Banner Health is offering a full‑time Registered Nurse position through the New Nurse Experience program in Tucson, AZ. You’ll be clinically mentored, transition from new grad to professional nurse, and rotate through units as needed.

New grads stay on their home unit for at least 12 months, work three 12‑hour shifts with weekend/holiday rotations, and live within a reasonable commute. Banner offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted at select locations.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.

• Documents care and communicates patient status to the team.
