Temecula Valley Hospital invites new graduate nurses to join a program designed to launch your nursing career. The RN will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice, participate in assessment, planning, and evaluation of outcomes, and work under supervision to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active California RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• NIHSS certification expected within 3 months of hire.
• CPI certification expected within 90 days of hire.
• Two letters of recommendation required at interview.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Take primary responsibility for patient care as delivered by staff.
• Participate in onboarding and orientation for new grads.

Formation

Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program

California RN license

BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) certifications

NIHSS within 3 months of hire

CPI certification within 90 days of hire
