Job summary

Temecula Valley Hospital seeks New Graduate Nurses to start their nursing careers. The RN will learn direct patient care, performing assessments, planning and implementing a care plan, and evaluating progress.

The program begins January 11th, 2027, with day or night shifts based on interviews and availability. The role is designed for new graduates with completion of an accredited RN program, CA RN license, and required certifications.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program is required.
• Registered Nurse license in California is required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required; NIHSS within 3 months; CPI within 90 days.
• Two letters of recommendation required at interview time.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within RN scope.

The New Graduate Nurse will learn to provide direct patient care within the scope of an RN practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients’ progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients’ care as delivered by the staff under him/her.

Program will begin January 11th, 2027

Candidates will be considered for either day shift or night shift based on interviews and availabilility
