Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is hiring a NEW GRAD Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts in Omaha, NE. The RN will oversee medical services for a patient caseload, coordinating treatment plans and discharge planning under supervision.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR/First Aid/AED, and strong communication with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care. Eligible benefits are offered with a 3x12 schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current.
• Experience with electronic medical records (KIPU preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and document observations for the team.
• Administer medications and provide education to patients/families.
• Maintain safety and de-escalation as needed.
• Develop admission, orientation, and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and report repairs.
• Document vital signs and patient progress accurately.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and regulations.
• Coordinate updates with utilization review and managed care.
