Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) New Grad for Emergency Services. This Full-Time Days role features a 3x12 hour shift schedule in a Level III Trauma ED, where new graduates begin hands-on patient care under supervision and gain critical early-career experience.

You will complete nursing procedures, document patient progress, and participate in a team that values excellence, patient safety, and ongoing professional growth.

Competenze

• Education: Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Expected to pass the NCLEX within 6 months after being hired.
• CPR certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

How You'll Contribute

A RN New Grad who excels in this role:

• Will work under the direction of an approved RN.
• Will perform basic data collection and documentation of client progress in the medical record; observing, performing and documenting approved nursing procedures in the medical record include administration of oxygen, attending to the clients' comfort needs and performing specific duties related to the assigned nursing unit as delegated by the RN.
• May perform and activities of daily living and vital signs duties independently.

What We're Looking For

• Applicable to students who will have completed an accredited school of nursing by May 2026 and are waiting to take NCLEX exam
• Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Expected to have passed the NCLEX within 6 months after being hired
• Must obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements.
