Responsibilities include patient care, documentation, monitoring, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Requires AZ license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and TNCC within 1 year; 1 year RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Arizona or Compact RN license is required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, HAZMAT, Handle with Care certifications due within 90 days.
• TNCC certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform patient care interventions including meds and specimens.
• Document all patient care accurately and promptly.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate with care team.
• Assist with activities of daily living including hygiene and nutrition.
• Coordinate transfers, discharges, referrals and psychosocial support.
• Educate patients and families tailored to age and culture.
• Advocate for patients’ physical and emotional well‑being.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintain attendance and flexibility to work shifts/units.

Employment Details

• Full‑time, night shift – 12hour shifts, 6:45pm to 7am.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 for candidates with 2+years of experience.
• Location: Canyon Vista Medical Center, Sierra Vista, Arizona (106‑bed, LevelIII Trauma Center).

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform patient care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document all patient care provided accurately and timely.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support.
• Assess patient and family learning needs; provide education tailored to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education activities.
• Provide quality patient care and remain flexible to work shifts or units as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance; perform other duties as assigned.
