Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-focused care using the nursing process across all care phases. You will collaborate with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care while maintaining nursing standards and ethics.

The role supports coordination of care, resident assessment and education, with potential to serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel in a state-board compliant

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Obtains and maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments and education, and manage nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff within scope and competence.
