Our New Graduate RN program offers an innovative curriculum delivered through a comprehensive 12-month program focused on creating a solid foundation at the start of your nursing career. We designed an environment to develop delegation and priority setting skills, holistic patient care through interdisciplinary communication, and the establishment of professional relationships. You will experience different shifts, patient populations, and unit cultures.
Job Responsibilities
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care. Specifically, assess, plan, and implement direct nursing care for assigned patients. Supervise staff to whom nursing care is delegated appropriately.
Onboarding Process: Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen.
Education
Required: Graduation from a state-approved or accredited nursing school, or current enrollment with graduation within 12 months.
Not a graduate yet? We offer externships to build skills and gain hands-on experience. These externships provide an excellent opportunity to learn about MetroWest Medical Center and the culture of specific units.
Certifications
Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law or policy; CPR certification.
