Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Minnesota is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists to join our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Mahtomedi and the greater area. You’ll gain mentorship and hands-on training to launch a confident, successful clinical career while delivering high-quality care.

The role emphasizes 1:1, 60-minute sessions with a focus on patient-centered outcomes, a manageable caseload, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota
• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Strong patient service delivery and interpersonal skills
• Desire to develop professionally and clinically

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute 1:1 PT sessions
• Manage 6-8 patients per day on average
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Participate in the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program and related training
