FOX Rehabilitation in Cloquet, MN is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists to join our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. You will start your career with structured mentorship and the autonomy to develop into a confident, patient-centered clinician.

You’ll manage a manageable caseload, see 6-8 patients per day with 60-minute sessions focused on high-quality, 1:1 care, and you’ll set a schedule that fits your life—no nights or weekends.

Formación

• A licensed (or soon‑to‑be licensed) Physical Therapist in Minnesota
• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as a desire to develop professionally
• A passion for patient-centered care
• Basic computer literacy

Responsabilidades

• Mentorship & growth: Gain a dedicated mentor and hands‑on training to help you become a confident, well‑rounded clinician.
• 6-8 patients per day on average with a focus on delivering exceptional care.
• Provide high-quality, 60‑minute 1:1 sessions with patients.
