Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a New Grad- Project Manager to join our External Manufacturing organization. You will support project coordination across manufacturing programs while developing cross-functional experience to grow into a program management role.

The role requires onsite work in Detroit and collaboration across quality, logistics, procurement, planning, suppliers, and manufacturing, with travel up to 25% as needed. Mentorship and training are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
Interest in progressing to project/program management in manufacturing.
Familiar with Jira, Excel or MS Project.

Responsibilities

Learn from experienced project managers through coaching and mentorship.
Coordinate project activities with vendors and cross-functional partners.
Participate in project and product-line meetings to coordinate actions.
Support projects including automation, conveyors, bots, and product introduction.
Develop understanding of each function's role in execution across quality, logistics, planning, suppliers.
Spend time onsite at supplier and manufacturer sites to support delivery.
