BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. invites new graduate Physical Therapists to join our Springfield, MO team for mentored, patient-centered care in home settings.

You will work with experienced PT mentors to transition from classroom to independent practice, treating adult and geriatric clients in their homes with comprehensive support. We offer structured orientation, ongoing clinical education, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a nationwide, mission-driven organization

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
