Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical assessment and care planning.
• Provides safe and effective care for the designated age population per regulatory requirements.
• Directs and manages patient care delivery by the team.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team for plan of care from admission through discharge.
• Assesses learning needs of patient and family and provides education tailored to age and culture.
