Job summary

LiteLLM is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (New Grad) to help customers succeed through calls and support interactions. The role is technical and focused on deep problem understanding and root-cause analysis.

You will own the support queue, diagnose issues, reproduce in customer environments, submit PRs, and communicate customer needs to engineering. This is a fast-paced role with strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Computer science degree is mandatory.
• Strong technical fundamentals and eagerness to learn the LiteLLM product surface quickly.
• Obsessed with customers and making them successful with the product.

Responsibilities

• Own the support queue and work through tickets to drive customers to success
• Diagnose customer issues and solve for the root cause, not just the symptom
• Reproduce customer issues in their specific environments
• Submit pull requests for bug fixes and improvements where needed
• Act as the technical voice of the customer back to engineering
