LiteLLM is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer success at our AI gateway platform. You will work with our most strategic accounts, guiding deployments, removing blockers, and translating feedback into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Familiarity with large language model gateways or API-based platforms is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the 30 most important accounts at LiteLLM and drive them to success.
• Serve as the technical point of contact and ensure issues are resolved promptly with regular updates.
• Prevent churn by identifying risk, improving usage, and ensuring renewal readiness.
• Drive product roadmap by surfacing gaps and opportunities to the product team.
