Job summary

You will work with operations, maintenance, and project teams, gaining hands-on exposure to troubleshooting, system optimization, and continuous improvement while developing technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience, internships or co-ops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn complex technical systems.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to support operations during off-hours.

Responsibilities
