Job summary

HNTB is seeking an engineering intern to provide hands-on support across design calculations, technical reports, and project plans. You will work with project teams to develop conceptual and detailed designs using current drawing and analysis tools.

This role is open to current or former HNTB interns; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, and familiarity with MS Office and CAD software like MicroStation or AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience with design calculations and reports.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work on schedule.
• Prepares and modifies project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Organizes design files and provides administrative support.
• Supports engineering teams with data collection and design tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
