Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is hiring a New Grad Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to work across vehicle electrical architecture and bench validation.

You will design automotive-grade wire harnesses and build HiL benches with firmware bringup workflows to move electrical systems from schematic to running vehicle. The role welcomes graduates in 2026 and emphasizes hands-on work in a lab and vehicle garage environment, collaborating with senior engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, completed in 2026 (summer or fall/winter grads welcome).
• Experience in electrical hardware design, embedded systems, or test bench development.
• Hands-on lab skills: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, soldering, crimps.

Responsibilities

• Design routing and retention of harnesses, cables, and connectors for easy assembly and reliability.
• Build, instrument, and maintain HiL benches for electrical system integration and validation.
• Perform firmware bringup on new ECUs and vehicle hardware; debug boot and comm issues; validate interfaces (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet) per spec.
• Develop BOMs, wire, and material specifications.
• Create and manage CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks and Altium for low/high voltage interconnects.
• Write scripts and tooling to automate bench test execution and data capture.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to drive program delivery.
• Collaborate with OEMs, vendors, and partners to identify best solutions for the vehicle platform.
