Applied Intuition, Inc. in Sunnyvale seeks an Electrical System Integration Engineer to design automotive‑grade wire harnesses and coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers.

Lead harness design, develop BOMs, specify wires and materials, and create CAD models using SolidWorks and Altium for LV/HV vehicle interconnects; collaborate cross-functionally to meet milestones and quality standards. This in‑office role offers base salary, equity, and benefits with base salary range

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Systems, Electrical, Hardware, or CS or equivalent.
• 2+ years automotive wire harness design experience.
• Experience with LV & HV harnesses, automotive standards ISO 6722, SAE J1128.

Responsibilities

• Design routing and retention of harnesses, cables, and connectors for easy assembly and robust function.
• Develop BOMs, wire and material specifications.
• Create/manage CAD models (3D, 2D) using SolidWorks and Altium for LV/HV interconnects.
• Interface cross-functionally to drive program delivery.
• Collaborate with OEMs, vendors, and partners for optimal harness solutions.
