Job summary

IMEG Corp in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Electrical Engineering New Graduate for Summer 2027. This entry-level role offers hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship, training, and opportunities to grow your expertise from day one.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers on electrical systems in buildings, supporting planning, design documentation, quality control, client communication, and cross‑disciplinary teamwork within project budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Prior internship in building design consulting preferred.
• Engineering in Training (EIT) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of electrical systems, producing designs, specs and calculations per code and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and communicate technical information effectively.
• Work with project team to support execution of consulting projects.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and client instructions while monitoring progress.
• Analyze low to medium complexity tasks and propose innovative solutions with seniors.
• Participate in IMEG quality control processes to meet standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in electrical engineering.
