Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a New College Grad - DRAM Product Development Engineer to join the DRAM Technology Node Development group.

You will contribute from early development and silicon bring-up through certification, yield improvement, and production ramp, partnering with senior engineers on innovative projects. You will apply your academic training to practical semiconductor engineering, working with cross-functional teams to analyze data, optimize memory and related circuits, and

Qualifications

Foundational understanding of semiconductor devices, CMOS circuits, and memory operation.
Ability to collect, coordinate, analyze, and communicate engineering data using Python, JMP, MATLAB, Excel or similar.
Proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools and critical evaluation of AI outputs.

Responsibilities

Support new DRAM process-node and product development from build validation through production ramp.
Analyze electrical test, probe, simulation, and characterization data to identify trends and root causes.
Assist with characterization and optimization of memory, logic, and analog functions such as Sense Amplifiers and timing distribution.
Perform experiments and develop debugging methods; coordinate results and recommend data-driven next steps.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address process-, build-, test-, and manufacturing-related issues affecting product quality.
