Job summary

Cadence Design Systems in San Jose, CA; Austin, TX; Cary, NC; and Burlington, MA is seeking STEM graduates for a one-year, cohort-based New College Graduate Rotational Program within our Customer Support Team. You will rotate through two six-month assignments, gaining hands-on experience with Digital Design, Verification, and EDA tools while learning from senior engineers.

The program develops design services, technical sales support, and customer-facing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and upcoming graduation.
• Experience with EDA tools preferred.
• Strong learning mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line design services and customer support to Cadence customers.
• Collaborate with sales and applications engineers to address technical problems.
• Support rotations across Digital Design/Simulation, Physical Design, and more.
