Cadence Design Systems is seeking STEM bachelor’s graduates to join the Customer Support Team's New College Graduate Rotational Program. The program runs in North America across San Jose, Austin, Cary, and Burlington and features two six-month rotations with hands-on training in Digital Design/Simulation, Physical Design, Analog Design/Layout, and more.

The cohort-based program lasts one year, followed by full-time CST responsibilities aligned with the company’s needs and the trainee's

Qualifications

• STEM bachelor’s graduates with experience using EDA tools.
• Cohort-based, one-year program with two six-month rotations.
• Training in Digital Design/Simulation, Physical Design, Analog/Layout, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line design services, technical sales and customer support to Cadence customers.
• Collaborate with Cadence account teams to deliver innovative solutions to technical problems.
• Transition from cohort program to full-time CST responsibilities based on interests and company needs.
