Job summary

Cadence Design Systems invites STEM graduates to join the CST Systems Rotational Program in San Jose, CA. This full-time entry-level role begins with a one-year cohort, featuring two six-month rotations through Allegro PCB Design, Sigrity SI, and IC packaging, with hands-on training from experts.

Upon completion, you move into a CST Systems role focusing on customer accounts. You’ll gain exposure to PCB design fundamentals, high‑speed design, power integrity, UNIX and scripting (Python/SKILL),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Mechanical Engineering, Physics, CS or related STEM field.
• Coursework or project experience in circuits, signals or digital hardware.
• Experience with PCB CAD tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year cohort with two rotations in Cadence Systems solutions.
• Provide design services, technical sales support, and front-line customer support.
• Work with account teams to solve PCB, packaging and signal/power integrity problems.
• Transition to a full-time CST Systems role after program.
