Burns & McDonnell in Saint Louis, MO is seeking an Assistant Project Controls Specialist to support project controls and reporting across cost, schedule, and change management. You will assist with WBS development, data input, and routine reporting for small projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and strong communication skills. Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office is preferred; U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Experience with Primavera P6 is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Support project controls and reporting, including cost control, progress measurement, and schedule development.
Assist with project set-up in Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
Input data, maintain logs, and run reports.
Assist with creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Develop and maintain scheduling and cost reports, cash flows and forecasts on small projects.
Assist with review and approval of Purchase Orders/Subcontracts for proper coding.
Assist with schedule progress updates and earned value management.
