Brain Co. seeks an entry-level AI Platform Engineer to help build backend services and shared capabilities behind our AI products. You will collaborate with Product and ML teams to deliver solutions secured for enterprise and government customers.

This full-time role targets graduates completing a bachelor’s degree in Spring 2027. You’ll work on APIs, distributed services, and developer tooling, with code reviews, design discussions, and ongoing mentorship from senior engineers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field with Spring 2027 graduation.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and databases.
• Familiarity with API design and testing.
• Proficiency in at least one language such as Python, Go, TypeScript, Rust, Java, or C++.
• Experience building a backend service, API, data-intensive application, or developer tool through internship, research, coursework, or personal project.
• Curiosity about systems, distributed-systems concepts like consistency, failure handling, retries, idempotency.
• Interest in building well-documented APIs and shared tools for ML/product teams.
• Ability to break down problems into clear designs and communicate ideas.

• Design and build backend services and data pipelines powering Brain Co.’s AI products.
• Build tools to accelerate AI product development, including experiment tracking and automated pipelines.
• Help build reliable systems for enterprise and government customers with a focus on testing and failure handling.
• Design modular, reusable components and clean APIs (REST, gRPC).
• Collaborate with engineering, Product, and ML teams to expand platform capabilities.
