Qualifications

• 3-5 years of elevator industry experience or leading field teams
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• MS Office proficiency for project administration and reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for New Equipment installations in Moorestown area
• Lead installation teams and coordinate material deliveries and purchase orders
• Manage project finances, billing, RFIs and change orders to optimize cash flow
• Ensure site safety through audits, training and logistics planning
• Forecast labor resources and schedule to meet project milestones
