Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) in Boston seeks an Associate Director of Operations for New England to advance donor engagement and chapter growth. The role requires strategy execution, donor stewardship, and collaboration with stakeholders to meet fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising, stewardship and event planning/coordination
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Commitment to integrity, ethics, and discretion
• High-level proficiency with fundraising software, CRM tools and Microsoft Office; Raiser's Edge a plus
• Familiarity with the New England community preferred

Responsabilités

• Work closely with Executive Director on strategic plan implementation for achievement of chapter's annual objectives and fundraising goals
• Oversee donor stewardship, including donor recognition and marketing/communications
• Coordinate and execute chapter events across New England including annual Soldier Tribute
• Manage team initiatives and assist with regional Board operations
• Occasional evening/weekend programming
