Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking an experienced New Development Operations Specialist to provide operational leadership and support for new senior living communities from pre-opening planning through opening and stabilization. The role partners with community leadership and corporate teams to ensure day-one readiness and long-term performance.

Travel is extensive to support openings across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Executive Director experience in a senior living environment.
• Experience supporting new community openings and stabilization.
• Strong knowledge of senior living operations, regulations, and finances.

Responsibilities

• Operational readiness planning for new communities from day one.
• Lead pre-opening plans, readiness assessments, and checklists.
• On-site leadership during openings and initial stabilization.
• Coach Executive Directors and develop community leaders.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and policy implementation.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and licensing compliance.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements post-opening.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, People, Development.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future openings.
