Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a New Development Manager‑Market Development to lead local marketing and demand generation for new student housing and multifamily communities. You will shape brand messaging, execute campaigns, and build partnerships with universities, local businesses, and community stakeholders to accelerate leasing and occupancy.

The role requires 3+ years in student housing, multifamily, leasing, or marketing, with proven GTM and social media experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and demand generation.
• Proven track record in leasing marketing in multifamily or student housing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local go-to-market strategies to build brand awareness and drive lease-up performance.
• Own traffic generation through campaigns, social media, outreach, partnerships, events, and activations.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor partnerships, and ROI of marketing spend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lease-up success.
