PREMIER Bankcard in Dakota Dunes, SD, is seeking agents to handle inbound calls about our products and services. Roles include full-time and part-time on-site positions with paid training and opportunities to earn incentives. The base pay starts at $17.25–$19.15 per hour, with bilingual skills earning a 10% differential.

This job is offered on-site in Dakota Dunes. Employees must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating.

Shift Options

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm or Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Part Time: Monday-Friday 2pm-9pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
• No Sundays!

About The Role

• Answer inbound calls about our products and services.
• Understand policies and procedures used for daily operations.

Training

• Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length.

Pay

Base wage starting at $17.25-19.15/hr. with opportunities to increase take home pay.

• Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives
• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV – each step earning an increase in pay
• Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours
• Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential
