Job summary

Northline Roofing, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks an Inside Sales Representative to convert warm opportunities into closed roofing projects from our in-office hub. You'll manage 100-150 monthly opportunities, follow up with homeowners, handle questions on pricing, financing, and scope, and track performance in our CRM for revenue growth and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• U.S. work authorization and ability to pass a background check.
• Experience in high-volume inside sales is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage 100-150 new opportunities each month.
• Follow up after an Outside Sales rep doesn’t close.
• Call, text, and email homeowners to restart conversations.
• Identify why deals stalled and overcome objections.
• Re-engage older estimates and CRM opportunities.
• Discuss pricing, financing, timing, scope, and next steps.
• Close roofing projects directly from the office.
• Coordinate another in-person appointment with Outside Sales as needed.
• Maintain notes, tasks, and follow-up cadences in CRM.
• Track close rate, recovered deals, and revenue.
