Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in commercial roofing, seeks an experienced New Construction Project Manager for the Jessup, MD area. This role will supervise multiple roofing crews, coordinate materials, and ensure safety and quality on each project.

You will work with the Service Director and Warehouse Manager, manage communications with customers, and help maintain project paperwork. The position offers year-round work, strong growth potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in PM or field supervision in commercial roofing.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints; able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and travel out of town.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple roofing crews to plan and execute projects.
• Coordinate with Service Director and Warehouse Manager to order materials.
• Maintain safe job sites and complete pre/post-job inspections.
• Maintain paperwork and daily communication with customers and crews.
